After yesterday's night training session, which offered about one hour training for every rider, todays's qualifiers and finals seem to promise some nice riding.
Almost everyone of the international field of 53 riders from 18 countries did get along well with the ramp and its kicker enjoying some massive air time. (Watch this clip for some impressions!)
Today's qualifiers start at 11:45 AM with heat one which features the likes of Petja Piiroinen (FIN), Janne Korpi (FIN) and Seppe Smits (BEL).
At 2 PM, it's time for heat two with Gjermund Braaten (NOR), Marko Grilc (SLO), Pat Burgener (SUI), Clemens Schattschneider (AUT) and Staale Sandbech (NOR) to take over center stage.
All will battle for the maximum score ranging for the first time ever from 0 to 100 points. Five judges score the overall impression with the average score to count.
