Spectators will miss the World Cup action on the Chapelco slopes

The season's first snowboard cross which was scheduled in Chapelco September 11^th and 12^th, 2010, had unfortunately to be cancelled due to economical reasons.

Organisers informed FIS that they will concentrate on organising South American snowboard events and thus cannot come up with another World Cup race. However, organisers hope to be able to host the 2011 SBX opening again in Argentina.
