French SBX team goes high

While the Italians did some kite surfing in Tuscany over the past weeks, their neighbors from France chose another location to organize a summer training camp.

Last week, Michael David, coach of the French snowboard cross ladies, mustered his rooster in Verdon for some rock climbing and various other stuff.

Nelly Moenne Loccoz, Deborah Anthonioz and Claire Chapotot answered that call as well as their male team mates Paul-Henri De le Rue and William Bankes plus freestyle rider Sophie Rodriguez.

The whole group went for some caving, climbing, running, canyoning as well as slack lining to built up some physical shape.

In addition, all activities also demanded a lot of concentration and commitment being in a delicate situation; skills needed to be a successful boarder cross rider, too.
