Friday's qualifiers to be re-scheduled due to heavy winds

Heavy winds with strong gusts have forced organizers of the 9th FIS Snowboard World Championships in La Molina, Spain, to postpone the qualifiers for psl and slopestyle.

The new schedule will be officially announced tonight after the team captains meeting in Spain. Check this link for further information this evening (CET).

However, there was some riding today. Ladies qualification run #1 was held plus heat one of the Slopestyle qualifiers men. The top 3 riders on the freestyle course were Niklas Mattsson (SWE), big air bronze medalist Seppe Smits (BEL) and Ville Paumola (FIN). Click here for the full result list.
