Slopestyle competition re-scheduled

Today's windy situation on the event slope of the slopestyle course forced the World Championships organising team into some re-scheduling.

As it was already to dark in the afternoon to stage the postponed women qualifiers the girls will kick of things tomorrow at 9:50 AM (training at 9 AM).

As a result of the new time frame, there will be no semi finals.

According to this, the top three women of both qualifying heats will directly go into the training for the finals which will go down at 12 PM.

They will be joined by 20 men featuring the eight riders which originally had clinched their ticket plus those twelve snowboarders who would have started in the semi finals fighting for the last four spots.

Here is the list of men competing for Gold, Silver and Bronze in the slopestyle tomorrow:

Billy Morgan (GBR), Mark McMorris (CAN), Charles Guldemond (USA), Robby Balharry (CAN), Janne Korpi (FIN), Ryan Stassel (USA), Sven Thorgren (SWE), Roope Tonteri (FN), Benjamin Comber (NZL), Jamie Nicholls (GBR), Martin Mikyska (CZE), Petja Piiroinen (FIN), Adrian Krainer (AUT), James Scott (AUS), Matts Kulisek (CAN), Joris Ouwerkerk (NED), Clemens Schattschneider (AUT), Sebbe de Buck (BEL), Sage Kotsenburg (USA), Stef Zeestraten (NZL).
