|
Why is snowboarding so much fun to you?
My snowboard is in fact the extension of my feet…! I am able to go where I want and this feeling of freedom is what makes me love this sport so much. I love to wake up in the morning under a meter of snow… when everyone is snow shovelling outside, I rush to my car so that I can go and make the first traces on the fresh snow.

|
Who has had the most influence on your snowboarding career and why?
At the beginning, I was regularly snowboarding with friends from Quebec City who themselves were very talented and totally in tune with the latest trends in the sport. Each weekend I was with the “Morin” riding and trying to excel.

What is the most memorable moment you had in your career?
Without any doubt, the 2006 Olympic Games in Turin when I won the bronze. As well as, the end of the season when I won the Crystal Globe.

Athlete of the Year at the international level in 2007.
